A group of students from the University of Oxford, Tokyo Metropolitan University and LaSalle Beauvais Institut Polytechnique have arrived at Perm State University
The students from the University of Oxford, Tokyo Metropolitan University and LaSalle Beauvais Institut Polytechnique have been having 8 week summer internship at Perm State University from 1st July to 23rd August. The interns study at 5 Faculties: the Faculty of Physics, the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Chemistry, the Faculty of Geology and the Faculty of Geography.
A delegation from Montana’s visit to Perm State University
From 16th to 5th April a delegation from the University of Montana Western, (Montana, the USA) which consisted of a group of students and one of their professors John Xanthopoulos, visited Perm State University. The visit took place as part of an agreement between the two universities, which gives students an opportunity to take part in an exchange programme and study at the partner university for free.

Professors of Perm State University conducted the Russian language courses in Albania and Macedonia
From September 23 to October 3, 2014 the professors of Perm State University Elena V. Erofeeva and Natalia V. Boronnikova organized and conducted the outdoor Russian language courses at the University of Tirana (Albania) and the St. Cyril and Methodius University (Macedonia).
Oxford University Students at PSU Summer School
This summer students from the University of Oxford spent two months at our university studying geology and chemistry. The internship they have completed is a part of the international internship programme for Oxford University students, which has Perm State University as a partner since December 2013.

Irish Professors gave the lectures to Perm State University Students
In March, 17–21 the Master degree students of Perm State University, the program "International Oil and Gas Business", could attend the lectures of the Irish Professor Paul Aitken. The lectures and consultations were devoted to the Leadership in the Employees Behavior.
Students from Germany studied in PSU
From 24 to 31 March the students from Germany have been studying at the Department of Biogeocenology and Natural Protection at the faculty of Geography. The guests of the University have learnt about the main directions of the department and analyzed the ecological condition of Chernyayevsky forest within the programme “Nature conservation and sustainable development”.
PSU has launched a new exchange program with the University of Montana Western
Perm State University has launched a new exchange program with the University of Montana Western. Starting this spring, about 18 Russian students from different faculties of PSU will study and get their academic credits at the American University. In its turn PSU will host a group of American students from the partner University next spring.

Karen Hewitt, PSU Emeritus Professor, was awarded an Order of the British Empire
Mrs. Karen Hewitt, Emeritus Professor of PSU, was awarded an Order of the British Empire by Decree of the British Queen Elizabeth II for services to building academic and cultural understanding between the UK and Russia. As a knighthood the Order is a part of the British system of awards and has been given annually since 1890 on the New Year eve.
Perm State University has got the status of a partner of Oxford University for international internships
Perm State University has officially joined the partners of International Internship Programme for the students of Oxford University for 2014. In Russia this status has been acquired by two universities and one international organization.
