Perm State University is now in the international top list of universities

According to Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), British provider of specialist higher education and careers information and solutions, Perm State University is considered to be one of the best higher education institutions of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS association).

 

In the ranking of QS University Rankings: BRICS 2014 PSU occupies 111-120 lines. Among Russian universities PSU is at the 23th rating position. According to the number of foreign faculty members Perm State University ranks 11th in Russian top list.

 

The ranking of QS draws on two huge global surveys of academics and employers, combined with data on faculty/student ratio, research paper publications and citations, proportion of staff with a PhD, and percentages of international professors and students.

 

Annually QS publishes its lists of top higher education institutions of the world, individual states and economic regions. Its ratings are recognised to be among the most influential in the world along with Academic Ranking of World Universities and the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
