Investigation of extralinguistic factors determining scientific speech characteristics, particularly the components of epistemic (cognitive) situation, represented in the text; definition of the principles of the discourse and stylistic analysis of the scientific text and modelling of its poly-textual semantic structure.
Investigation of the state of contemporary language in the aspect of functional dynamics of the Russian language.
Development of new approaches in teaching of the Russian language and norms of speech in universities and schools.
