The Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to the Russian Federation Visited Perm State University

During the meeting with Mr. Primož Šeligo was discussed the co-operation of Slovenian universities and Perm State University in the field of research and education, as well as the organization of joint education programmes.

 

Furthermore, the participants discussed the academic co-operation between PSU and Ljubljana University, and also the questions of cultural exchange between Russia and Slovenia.

 

The Slovenian delegation was composed of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to the Russian Federation Mr. Primož Šeligo and its adviser, head of the political department of the Embassy, Gabi Matkovic.

 

 

PSU’s delegation was headed by the Vice-Principal in charge of education Serguey Makarov, accompanied by the chief of PSU's Direction of International Relations Igor Kadzhaya, the dean of the Faculty of Philology Boris Kondakov and the head of the Theoretical and Applied Linguistics department Elena Erofeeva.

 

International co-operation is one of the most important priorities of PSU. The list of PSU’s partners include more than 60 universities from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, China and the United States.
