The Head of Fund directs the work of the Fund and shall report to the Board of Directors. The Head is authorized to act on behalf of the Fund, to represent its interests in all organizations to manage the resources of the Fund, enter into contracts, open bank settlement and other accounts.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees monitors the work of the Foundation, decision-making and execution of decisions, controls the use of the Fund and compliance with the current legislation of the Fund.

	Teplov Dmitriy V. – the Chair of Board of Trustees graduate of the Faculty of Economics, the Chair of the Perm regional branch of the Russian public organization "Business Russia".
